My name is Kim DiMaggio and I am the owner and lead photographer for DiMaggio Photography, located in Salinas, Ca.  I am a local to Salinas, having lived here all of my life.  Salinas is my home, and over the years I have developed deep appreciation and affection for the beauty that Salinas and the surrounding area offer; and it is a true privilege to be able to work as a photographer here.

In my career I work on Commercial, Wedding, Portrait, Sports and Event photography, as well as currently serving as a freelance photojournalist to the Monterey Herald. I have training in Large, Medium, 35mm and Digital formats, as well as being fluent in Photoshop and digital workflow.

My photography style is more relaxed and casual, allowing me to capture the heart of the moment.  When photographing people, I love to catch the romance, tears, smiles, hugs and laugh out loud moments as they unfold.  I have a true passion for the art that is photography, and believe that every job offers a unique story that is waiting to be photographed and recorded.
